The Merindas will be lighting the stage with Phil Walleystack at the Astor Theatre.
Phil is one of Australia’s most admired entertainers and inherits a performance tradition that pre-dates modern arts.
Raised in Country Western Australia, he was taught his Traditional songs and dance and how to survive in the bush by his Elders.

Since leaving NAISDA Phil has shared the stage with many different Cultures. From this experience he has created his unique sound, influenced by Jazz, Rock, Hip Hop and his Culture he created his first album STRONG.
